Anyone get the number of that truck?

It appears my annual get-sick-around-birthday has made an appearance. What a fun week it's been *shudders*.... All that aside.

    1. Watched 'Lost' last night. I feel ripped off after that episode. There was nothing too out of the craziness that every one was making it out to be. Whoopee, they step siblings that slept together. Seesh. Maybe I've watched too many of Abrams shows to be too shell shocked. I mean I knew Boone and Shannon weren't siblings recently but seriously the episode wasn't all that jaw-dropping. I guess I just assumed there would be more to it than "incest." Silly me, assuming storylines would actually be jawdropping.....

    2. Alias was also last night. I'm just not feeling it yet. It's like Christmas, you wait all year for it, get all excited and then when it's over you're left with a void. That's sort of how I feel right now. It's almost like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop with that show. Hard to explain. Oh well at least Weiss is finally in the loop. Seesh, I thought if they dragged that out longer I would scream (yes I realize that this was only the 3rd technical episode) but still. Plus where are all the cliffhangers we've been accustomed to hating and loving at the same time? J. J. Abrams and writers get your heads out of your butts! Give me a huge cliffhanger!!! Something to really think about because right now I feel like the show is just going skipping down the street instead of speeding down hill. I still like it but it needs a kick in the butt! Hopefully once Sark makes a return (too bad it's short-lived) it will pick up? Here's hoping...

    3. It's coming.....

    {..::current..mood::..} tired, cranky, sick
    {..::currently..reading::..} nothing, I just finished guilty pleasures, yay me
    {..::currently..watching::..} nothing
    {..::currently..listening::..} to my brother and friends play a video game
    {..::quote.of.the.day::..} Mark Darcy: I don't think you're an idiot at all. I mean, there are elements of the ridiculous about you. Your mother's pretty interesting. And you really are an appallingly bad public speaker. And, um, you tend to let whatever's in your head come out of your mouth without much consideration of the consequences... But the thing is, um, what I'm trying to say, very inarticulately, is that, um, in fact, perhaps despite appearances, I like you, very much. Just as you are. -bridget jones' diary
