The Buffy game is so addictive
I rented the Buffy game again. It beats sitting around waiting for a letter to come in the mail, not that the mail comes on the weekend, but you get the drift.
I was playing the game last night and completely forget it has the stupidest continuous ploy. You pretty much have to finish a level before you can save the game, enabling you to shut off the system.
Me, being sleepy last night forgot this and turned the game off, only to find out this morning that I'd lost everything I did the night before. Talk about major rip off, oh well. I beat the level eventually but I still think that's stupid. Mind you I was the Spike character so it wasn't that much of a hardship. Listening to that wonderful voice, I could do that all day.
I also went to Wal-Mart (or as I call it, Hell-Mart) today to get a pedometer. That store was even more nuts than usual because of their 10th anniversary. Supposedly they opened early because of the line-ups. I heard they started at 6:30 am. That's nuts. Then again what would you expect from there. Oh well, I got my pedometre so I'm happy.
