{..::Topic::..}: Orlando Bloom and glistening skin.....

Saw Troy tonight. Very good. Amazing how Legolas appeared in place of Paris, but whom I am to judge. You'll just have to see to understand. But sooo yummy. Lots of glistening sweat and eyes that you swear can see into your soul, but I digress... All I know is that I need this week off. Every once and a whilfe during the movie I would be thinking "femoral artery" "popliteal artery" "subclavian", etc.. etc.. every time someone was stabbed or whatever the case may have been. It was retarded that I kept thinking that way, big clue I've been in school too long lol.

So far *knock on wood* my vacation has been nice. Yesterday I sat around in pyjamas all day and just relaxed. I organized my recipie books, cut out kool-aid points, just had a very relaxing day. Played the sims, although I'm sure that game hates me. My families/houses keep disappearing. See sometimes my computer likes to freezed and when it goes it takes my families and houses hostage. Now when I go to that neighbourhood, it's like they never existed but at the same time it acts like there is nothing on those lots. I can't evict them or anything. I even tried exporting and importing them back, but no such luck. It's crazy. But whatever...

Today I decided I'd go shopping for this book I really want to read. Do you think I had any luck? No. I should have just gone to Transcona library 2 weeks ago when it was available, but I was afraid if I went I'd be more likely to read it than my notes. Now there are tons of reserves on it for the library, meaning by the time I get it, it shall be mid june or something. Next I thought I'll just buy. Do you think any book store would carry it? Nope. I went online and chapters said it was only available at the Coles in City Place. I drive to St. Vital and thought I'd check Wal-mart and chapters, just in case. No luck there. So we decided to go to City Place. Little did we know, it's not open on Sunday, hey at least we tried. What was funny was the fact that the Liquor Mart was open, Pasta La Vista was open, A&W was open, but not the book store. Seesh.

Then I went to KP, no luck there. Tried Wal-mart on regent and the superstore, no luck. I couldn't find it any where. Drove me nuts. So hopefully my dad will get it for me from City Place because he works near there so he might pop in there one day, but never in my life have I had no luck in finding a book. Of course I could have tried to get Coles at KP to send a copy over but I figured by the time that happened my break would be over. Just frustrating as hell.

Came home, made lasgna (sp?) and spaghetti plus I made lemon zingers (cookies). Been a busy day actually. I woke up and cleaned out kitchen up and organized our pantry in the basement. I don't think I really sat down until I went and saw Troy. But phew! The day is almost over at last. Only thing is tomorrow I have to go to the hospital for a pre-employment interview thing. Thursday I have to go again because I have to give in my health record to them, funny thing is I still can't work. GRR! lol. Oh well c'est la vie.

Catch ya on the flip side...

{..::useless.fact.of.the.day::..} When Coca-Cola began to be sold in China, they used characters that would sound like "Coca-Cola" when spoken. Unfortunately, what they turned out to mean was "Bite the wax tadpole".
